The Oklahoma Baptist Homes for Children is the state's largest private, not-for-profit, residential childcare provider. Generous donors established an endowment fund through the Oklahoma City Community Foundation to help these children with educational and financial support. OBHC currently has more than 200 children living across its four campuses.
Judge Eugene Mathews believed every Oklahoman deserved equal access to our state’s justice system and legal information. He and his wife, Doli, established an endowment with the Oklahoma City Community Foundation to support Legal Aid Services of Oklahoma.
When Businesswoman Elaine Hahn passed away, her sister Kathy knew how important education was to Elaine. To honor Elaine's legacy, she established the Elaine Hahn Memorial Business Scholarship at the Oklahoma City Community Foundation for young women who plan to attend college and study business. Students receiving the scholarship often graduate debt-free, which is important for Kathy.
