Community Room & Other Meeting Room Reservations
The meeting rooms of the Oklahoma City Community Foundation are available for charitable organizations associated with the Community Foundation to utilize for meetings and educational presentations. These rooms are appropriate for business meetings of boards or committees, short-duration training and presentation sessions and small receptions for awareness-building or networking.
Meeting Rooms at the Community Foundation

- Community Room — Conference Room includes: sixty inch round tables, capacity for 100, A/V capabilities, microphone (podium, wired), lapel (wireless), handheld (wireless) and speaker phone available upon special request. No Zoom support provided. Food service allowed.
- Rose Rock — Board Room includes: one eight foot table, capacity for five guests, no A/V available. No food service allowed.
- Land Run Room — Training Room includes: small eight foot tables, capacity for nine guests, A/V capabilities. No Zoom support provided; no food service allowed.
- Redbud — Training Room includes: small eight foot tables, capacity for 18 guests, A/V capabilities. No Zoom support provided; no food service allowed.
Availability
- Rooms can be reserved between 9 a.m.– 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday.
- Organizations are asked to keep their functions to a maximum of three hours between 9 a.m.– 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday.
Setup and Cleanup
- Guests are responsible for room setup and must return the space to its original configuration upon departure including removing trash, cleaning table tops/chairs, etc.
- No alcohol may be served without a licensed caterer onsite.
Parking
- Guests may park in the lot east of the main building or street parking along Broadway.
- The lot directly next to the building is reserved for Community Foundation staff members, trustees and donors 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday-Friday.
Audio Video
- The Community Foundation provides Windows PCs attached to displays with full access to the internet.
- Each audio/video room provides you with a wireless keyboard and wireless mouse, as well as a handheld presentation control device / laser pointer for your organizational use.
- No Zoom support is provided.
- If you have presentations or other electronic documents you intend to use, we request that you send them to us in advance.
- We ask for three days’ advanced notice. Please attach any related documents to the request room form.
Request Forms
- Organizations interested in using one of our spaces, must complete a request form and submit it to the Community Foundation.
- Requests will be considered on a weekly basis.
- Requests may not be made for more than two events per organization in a calendar year and may not be confirmed more than 90 days prior to event.
Fees
Organizations with OCCF Endowment Funds
- Events hosted with no food served Monday-Friday between 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.: No fee required if event is less than three hours.
- Events hosted with food served Monday-Friday between 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.: $100 clean up and maintenance fee, does not include kitchen use. Note: This applies to the Community Room as it’s the only room where food service is allowed.
- Events hosted with food requiring use of the Catering Kitchen: $150 fee. Note: This applies to the Community Room as it’s the only room where food service is allowed.
- Additional fees for security and A/V uses may be charged if required.
Organizations without OCCF Endowment Funds
- A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to reserve the room—this deposit will be applied to any further charges to be billed.
- Events hosted with no food served Monday-Friday between 9 a.m.– 4:30 p.m.: $100 fee; two hours maximum.
- Events hosted with food served Monday-Friday between 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.: $150 clean up and maintenance fee, does not include kitchen use. Three hours maximum. Note: This applies to the Community Room as it’s the only room where food service is allowed.
- Events hosted with food requiring use of the Catering Kitchen: $150 fee. Note: This applies to the Community Room as it’s the only room where food service is allowed.
- Additional fees for security and A/V uses may be charged if required.
*The Community Foundation is a non-smoking facility. It is not permitted in the building, parking lot or grounds.
