Vicki Howard, Community Volunteer
Born in Oklahoma City, Vicki Howard graduated high school in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, in 1968. She went on to study education and math education at the University of Oklahoma, graduating with her bachelor’s degree in 1972. Mrs. Howard returned to the University of Oklahoma a year later to continue with her graduate school. While in graduate school, she began working at a bank in downtown Oklahoma City where she quickly rose through the ranks earning a seat as senior vice president in marketing and operations at Will Rogers Bank before retiring to raise her two sons. Mrs. Howard has since contributed her time in volunteer roles for the Oklahoma City Zoo, YWCA Oklahoma City and Payne Education Center, and in 2019, she became one of the founding directors of the Greater Oklahoma City Parks and Trails Foundation.
