T. Scott Spradling, Past Chairman Attorney, Hartzog Conger Caso

Scott Spradling was born and raised in Oklahoma City. He graduated from Harding High School in 1966, then from the University of Virginia in 1970, with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He was commissioned in the United States Navy (Seabees) from 1970-1972. He then went on to graduate with a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Oklahoma School of Law in 1975.

That same year, he was admitted to practice in Oklahoma and in the United States District Courts for the Western District of Oklahoma. In 1979, he was admitted to practice in the Northern District of Oklahoma. Mr. Spradling has practiced transactional law (specializing in real property law) since 1975 and is currently Of Counsel with the firm Hartzog Conger Cason LLP. In addition to his practice, he has served on the Boards of All Souls’ Episcopal Church (Former Senior Warden); Last Frontier Council of the Boy Scouts; and Oklahoma City Golf and Country Club (President 2006 and 2013). Mr. Spradling also served as Chair of the Oklahoma City Community Foundation Board of Trustees from 2020-2022.
