The Oklahoma City Community Foundation (OCCF) brings people together to invest in our community and the people who live here. Founded in 1969 and one of the 20 largest community foundations in the country, OCCF partners with donors and nonprofits to impact our community’s most pressing needs and ensure support well into the future. As a growing organization, OCCF is expanding our services and efforts to transform lives across central Oklahoma and beyond. We welcome capable, committed, caring individuals to join our team in connecting donors, programs, and initiatives to advance our mission to serve central Oklahoma. Director of Human Resources

The Director of HR is a strategic leader and trusted advisor who shapes the Foundation’s talent strategy to support mission delivery and organizational excellence. With a focus on talent retention, the Director anticipates future workforce needs, nurtures emerging leaders, and strengthens leadership capacity across the organization.

Director of Gift Planning

The Director of Gift Planning works closely with the entire Philanthropic Services team and internal partners to cultivate and support the charitable giving of new and current fundholders, specializing in complex or planned gifts. They also manage Foundation relationships with professional advisors and provide services to their clients.

Accountant (2 Open Positions)

Our Accountants are responsible for the entry of day-to-day activity necessary for multiple fund accounting and reporting, as well as managing daily priorities in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy.

Senior Human Resources Specialist

Our thoughts go out to those affected by the flooding across Central Texas. The Community Foundation of the Texas Hill Country has set up the Kerr County Flood Relief Fund for those who wish to help.

OCCF will be closed in observance of Christmas from Tuesday, Dec. 24 through Wednesday, Dec. 25.
