Glenn Coffee,

Glenn Coffee is a prominent figure in Oklahoma’s political and legal landscape. As the first Republican President Pro Tempore in Oklahoma’s history, he held various leadership roles during his 12-year tenure in the state senate, advocating for education, public safety and children’s rights. Recognized for his legislative achievements, he received numerous awards, including Legislator of the Year from the American Legislative Exchange Council. He also served as Oklahoma’s secretary of state from 2011 to 2013 under the administration of Governor Mary Fallin.

Mr. Coffee earned an undergraduate degree in political science from Northeastern State University in 1989 and a Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1992. After leaving politics, he founded Glenn Coffee & Associates (now operating as Coffee Lawson Fields) in 2013, a law firm specializing in government ethics, campaign finance and government boards and commissions work. Coffee, alongside his wife, Lisa, resides in Oklahoma City where they are active donors at OCCF and enjoy time with their four children and four grandchildren.
