Are You Age 70 ½ or Older?
We can help you make a tax-free gift from your Individual Retirement Account (IRA) to a charitable organization endowment fund. Individuals age 70 ½ or older can gift up to $100,000 per year from your IRA, satisfying your required minimum distribution without incurring income taxes
Tax-Wise Giving Options
Many charities don’t have the resources to directly accept gifts other than cash. We can help you make any of the following charitable gifts to your favorite organization through their endowment, while also saving on taxes.
- Real estate including homes, acreages or business properties
- Appreciated securities such as widely- and closely-held stock, bonds and mutual funds
- Oil and gas royalty interests
- Life insurance policies
- Gifts through a will or trust
- Charitable gift annuities
- Charitable lead trusts
- Charitable remainder trusts
