On GetMovingOKC.org, you’ll find an activity calendar of upcoming healthy lifestyle events in central Oklahoma, a list of public trails, parks and other locations where you can get moving, as well as a variety of nutrition and health resources. GetMovingOKC is a program of the Oklahoma City Community Foundation’s Wellness Initiative that is working to improve physical activity, good nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices among our community residents.
