About the ARPA for Nonprofit Relief Program
Oklahoma legislature and the Oklahoma Department of Commerce has appropriated $25 million for nonprofits who suffered a negative financial impact from COVID. Commerce was selected to administer the funds.
Nonprofits must be a 501c3, in good standing with the Oklahoma Secretary of State and in good standing with the IRS and Oklahoma Tax Commission.

Jan. 31, 2023 Update – Oklahoma County
Oklahoma County has a little under $5 Million in unallocated county ARPA funds remaining. Currently, there are two ARPA community forums scheduled that anyone from Oklahoma County’s Districts 2 & 3 is welcome to attend. The goal of these forums is to listen to the community on their needs and where they think this funding should go. All members of Districts 2 & 3 are encouraged to attend and participate in their respective meetings.
