Gift Administration
Our staff is experienced with working with donors and their professional advisors to determine the most effective giving option that meets the donors’ charitable goals. We can assist donors who want to make an immediate charitable gift as well as those who want may to structure their gift so it is used most effectively by the beneficiary organization. We can also administer scholarship programs, conduct a grant application process or simply help donors find the right organization that is working in their area of charitable interest. Central Oklahoma Charities is the region’s most comprehensive and free online directory of nearly 300 charitable organizations and is a convenient way for donors to research the organizations.
When a donor makes a gift to an organization through the Oklahoma City Community Foundation, the donor is given complete recognition for the gift. For those donors who wish to make anonymous gifts, we ensure that the donor’s identity is kept confidential. For more information on gift administration, please contact Jennifer Stewart at 405/606-2912.
Gift Facilitation
We are able to accept a wide variety of gifts as outlined in our Gift Acceptance Policy.
Gift Planning Services
Charitable gifts can provide financial advantages for donors as well as provide support for charitable organizations and projects. Our staff can help donors determine the giving option that provides for maximum tax advantages, current income if needed and has the greatest long-term charitable benefit.

Fund Administration and Reporting
We provide accounting and distribution reports to all donors and beneficiary nonprofit organizations annually. We maintain giving records for all donors and distribution records for all funds. There are no separate reports that need to be filed with the Internal Revenue Service for any Oklahoma City Community Foundation fund after the initial gifts have been made. This accounting and record-keeping function relieves donors of administrative tasks, allowing them to focus on and enjoy their charitable giving.
We administer all funds with the highest standards of accountability and stewardship. An annual audit is conducted. For more information on the administration and reporting services, please contact Cathy Lippard at 405/606-2915.
DonorCentral
Donors who establish either a Gift Fund or Legacy Fund are able to view fund balances and history, grants made and investment performance courtesy of our online reporting system, DonorCentral. Through this service, donors can also recommend grants.
Professional Investment Management
All funds at the Oklahoma City Community Foundation benefit from professional investment management. We currently manage in excess of $630 million in endowment assets for the benefit of the community. For more information on our investment policy, please contact Rhonda Godwin at 405/606-2916.
