| High School Criteria | Graduating senior of Edmond Santa Fe High School with at least six semesters tenure in the Edmond Public Schools. |
| College Criteria | Oklahoma public colleges and universities |
| Other Criteria | U. S. citizen Commitment to a career or area of study with a focus on quantitative analysis, e.g., engineering, computer science, finance, bio-medicine, chemistry, mathematics, etc. |
