Financial Need	Considered
High School Criteria	Graduating senior of an Oklahoma high school.
College Criteria	Public colleges and technology centers in Oklahoma.
Other Criteria	Applicant is disabled as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act: documented by physician or service provider. If funding is for adaptive equipment, must submit documentation that funding is not available through other sources.
