Donor Services Assistant
The Donor Services Assistant supports the Donor Services team to address the needs of fundholders and advisors. The Donor Services Assistant has responsibilities related to data management, online fundholder access, communications, and event support. The Donor Services Assistant works across the organization to assess and address donor relations needs, including collaboration with the Community Engagement team, fundholder site visits, and donor outreach related to granting opportunities.
Donor Services Manager
The Donor Services Manager is part of the Philanthropic Services team and is responsible for managing relationships, providing excellent customer service, and assisting donors in fulfilling their charitable intentions. The Manager assists with other Donor Services functions, including events, stewardship, communications, scholarship, and affiliated funds.
