- DonorCentral Guide
- Examples of Giving Cards
- Past issues of E News, our monthly e-newsletter
- Our Additional Online Resources page that provides direct links to websites that offer valuable information on issues such as nonprofit management and compliance.
- Promotional information for iFunds grant recipients
- Key OCCF staff contact information
TIP: We recommend you bookmark this page for easy access and add it to your RSS feed so you can be alerted when new information is added: www.occf.org/coetoolkit.
Linking to Your Central Oklahoma Charities page
Each Charitable Organization Endowment has its own page on this website through the Central Oklahoma Charities directory. Central Oklahoma Charities is the area's most comprehensive online directory of more than 300 nonprofit organizations. In addition to providing key information about the organization including website and e-mail links, each page also includes a link to our secure online giving service where donors can use a major credit card to make a charitable gift to your endowment. By providing a link to your Central Oklahoma Charities page, you can offer the ease and convenience of online giving to your donors. Download the instructions here.
Linking to Legacy Giving, an online planned giving resource
The Oklahoma City Community Foundation offers a free planned giving service on our website for both donors and professional advisors. If you'd like to offer planned giving resources for your donors you may want to add a link to our Legacy Giving page. Below is sample language to use with the link as well as the direct URL:
Our organization
partners with the Oklahoma City Community Foundation to offer free planned giving tools for you and your professional advisor here.
Linking to Online Giving
As of July 1, we are now using PayPal to process online gifts to your endowment funds. If you have a link on your website to our online giving service you may want to check your link to ensure it's going to the correct page.
Links from your website to our online giving form should be directed to:

DonorCentral Guide
Because you have an endowment fund at the Oklahoma City Community Foundation, you have access to DonorCentral, an online reporting system that allows you to track gifts, review fund balances, gift history and financial statements. DonorCentral can be a very useful tool for keeping up with your endowment fund’s activities quickly and conveniently. This reference guide walks you through the system’s features.

Giving Card
We are pleased to announce that we are publishing “Giving Cards” for our Charitable Organization Endowments. Giving Cards are a convenient way to encourage support for your endowment fund. The four-color two-sided card serves as a contribution card that can easily be mailed with a check for the benefit of your fund or a useful way to promote a planned gift to your organization. We are offering to produce Giving Cards and provide each organization with up to 1,000 cards. We will produce up to three(3) cards each quarter. The catch is the organization must demonstrate a plan by which to distribute the cards. If you’re interested complete the Application Form and submit it Cathy Nestlen via fax (405/235-5612) or email.
